What’s the credits?
Credits are a kind of virtual currency on the Eso Ara Couture website. You use it to deduct part of the payment amount when placing an order.
How to use extra credit?
- Every 1000 credits = 100 NGN
- You can use the credits to deduct up to 30% of the total amount of products when you place your order (only the total price of products is supported, excluding shipping, if any).
- credits are valid from 1 month to 12 months, if your credits expired before being used, they will be deleted from your account.
How to earn Credits?
- Register customer account on Eso Ara Couture website.
- New customer registration will receive 500 credits.
- Verify your email.
- You will have to verify your email to receive 500 credits.
Buy and Earn
You’ll earn 1 credit for every 200 Naira spent on your purchase.
- credits will be deposited into your account once you confirm delivery of your order.
- Log into your esoaracouture account
- Click on “My Orders”
- Select orders you have received and click on “Confirm order”
Review of our products.
Credits can be earned by posting comments and reviews on purchased items. After meeting the minumum of text product comments, you will receive credits.

- Log into your esoaracouture account
- Click on “My Orders”
- Go to “View Details” of the order containing the item you want to review.
- Then click “Write a Review” and upload a photo if you wish.
- Submit your reviews for verification.
NOTES:
Your review will appear on the product page after it has been verified by our product manager.
Please note that you can only receive a maximum of 3000 credits through comments daily.
