- Returns
Eso Ara Couture is committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Exchanges
We also offer exchanges for products of equal or lesser value. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer support team for further assistance.
- Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.
- Once your return is authorized, you will receive instructions on how to proceed.
- Pack the item securely, including all original packaging and any accompanying accessories.
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within Seven (7) business days.
- Refunds
Refunds will be processed in the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Certain items are non-returnable, including custom-made or personalized products.
